Realm Caulfield | Refer A Friend $250 Voucher

1. One voucher per applicable apartment at Realm Caulfield.
2. The referrer needs to be classified as an eligible resident at Realm Caulfield.
3. The referred friend must be classified as a new eligible resident to receive a $250 gift voucher.
4. To be eligible for this offer the referee must sign a lease with a minimum term of twelve (12) months.
5. The referee must include the referrer’s name on the application form and advise the Realm Kangaroo Point team prior to signing their lease agreement.
6. The referrer and referee will be emailed the $250 gift voucher within 4 weeks from the referred resident moving into Realm Caulfield and full deposit, bond and first rental payments must have been received.
7. Both referrer and referee need to be up to date with rental payments and not in arrears before their gift voucher will be issued.
8. The gift voucher supplier will be GiftPay and the gift voucher will be supplied to the residents via the email address provided on their lease.
9. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Realm Caulfield | 2 Weeks Rent Free (12 month leases)

1. You must be classified as an eligible new resident at Realm Caufield .
2. The offer is valid for all apartment bookings (excluding Realm Key Worker Housing Program Apartment bookings) received until allocation is exhausted.
3. The lease contract term must be a minimum of twelve months (12 months).
4. All new bookings must have paid their advanced rent along with a 4-weeks bond to secure their booking. Failure to pay deposit and bond by the specified date will be deemed not eligible for this offer.
5. New residents who are eligible for this offer will receive 2 Weeks Rent Free, which will be applied as a credit in the account after the first three months of tenancy.
6. If you decide to break your lease within the first six (6) months of your tenancy, this will null the agreement and the incentive will be void from the account.
7. This offer cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

3. The lease contract term must be a minimum of twelve (12) months.

3. The referred friend must be classified as a new eligible resident to receive a $500 gift voucher.
4. To be eligible for this offer the referee must sign a lease with a minimum term of 6 months.
5. The referee must include the referrer’s name on the application form and advise the Realm Kangaroo Point team prior to signing their lease agreement.
